I had a wonderful stay at the Amazing perfect fully loaded accommodation in Upper Rooksnest. The owners were incredibly helpful and caring, making sure that everything was just right and beyond. The holiday home was comfy, cosy, and beautifully clean, with thoughtful touches and everything we needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of great places to visit nearby and beautiful walks right on our doorstep. The key being in a lockbox made check-in a breeze, and having our own little garden was a lovely bonus, especially for my little girl to play in. I highly recommend this accommodation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Spotlessly clean, bright and airy with comfy beds, fresh towels, and a light breakfast. Rural location, perfect for a peaceful stay. Helpful host provided local info and ensured heating was to our preference. Good wifi for work.

The key in the lockbox was a great touch, no need to worry about coordinating a pickup time. Having our own private garden was a bonus, especially with a child. The quiet location in the countryside was exactly what we wanted, and the surrounding wildlife was a treat. The Annexe provided plenty of space and was well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. The proximity to beautiful villages and Savernake Forest for walks was ideal.

We did run out of hot water once, possibly due to excessive washing up, but it wasn't a major issue. It would have been helpful if there were clearer instructions on how to boost the hot water.

I recently stayed at a superb spacious accommodation called the Annexe, Upper Rooksnest Villa and it was the perfect home away from home for a couple of nights. The beautiful setting was secluded and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impeccable and I was pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchenette was with utensils and crockery. The layout of the villa was excellent, accommodating four adults comfortably. Additionally, the location was ideal for easy access to Newbury. The host, Georgina, was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that every need was catered for. I highly recommend this place for its great value for money and the five-star welcome pack.

We had a fantastic stay at the Annexe, Upper Rooksnest. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The WiFi was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The car parking was convenient and we had no trouble finding a spot. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. The instructions for access to the property were clear and easy to follow. The communication with the host was excellent, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The level of cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and the towels were soft and luxurious. Our children especially loved having their own beds in the second bedroom, providing them with a comfortable and private space. our experience at the Annexe, Upper Rooksnest was exceptional.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks. The main bed in the bedroom was uncomfortable and caused back pain, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
